THE SEVENTH PLAGUE – A HAIL
Exodus 9:13-35
 

 

"And Jehovah said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto him (…) Behold, to-morrow about this time I will cause it to rain a very grievous hail, such as hath not been in Egypt since the day it was founded even until now. Now therefore send, hasten in thy cattle and all that thou hast in the field; [for] every man and beast that shall be found in the field, and shall not be brought home, the hail shall come down upon them, and they shall die. He that feared the word of Jehovah among the servants of Pharaoh made his servants and his cattle flee into the houses. And he that regarded not the word of Jehovah left his servants and his cattle in the field. (…) And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and Jehovah sent thunder and hail, and fire ran down unto the earth; and Jehovah rained hail upon the land of Egypt. So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as had not been in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field, and brake every tree of the field. Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail. And Pharaoh sent, and called for Moses and Aaron, and said unto them, I have sinned this time: Jehovah is righteous, and I and my people are wicked. Entreat Jehovah; for there hath been enough of [these] mighty thunderings and hail; and I will let you go, and ye shall stay no longer. (…) And Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and spread abroad his hands unto Jehovah: and the thunders and hail ceased, and the rain was not poured upon the earth. And when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his servants. And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the children of Israel go, as Jehovah had spoken by Moses.”

In spite of the fact that six severe scourges, one after another had been devastating Egypt, Pharaoh still continued steadfast in obstinacy. Therefore haunted this country a plague of the hail unparalleled in history, accompanied by numerous lightnings, thunders and fire.

 

 

 

 

In pictorial language of the Scripture the water symbolize mainly the truth. However the hail, the frozen water, represents truths cold and hard, causing annoyance. Lightnings are the result of discharging the electric tension triggered off through heavy hailstorm clouds. The Scripture tells prophetically: "His lightnings lightened the world: The earth saw, and trembled." (Psa. 97:4)

Efforts of the God's enemy, Satan, wove for many centuries "the covering [of darkness] that covered all peoples, and the veil that is spread over all." (Isa. 25:7.) When Divine time of removing of this curtain came, the Bible, "torch of freedom" has become readily available to everyone. Possibility of the reading of the Scripture originated the intellectual movement leading to the freedom.

The lightnings, accompanied by thunders, represent the skill and the education that began to tear apart darkness covering nations. Thunders are the symbol of the loud discussions of the revolutionary circles among which the hard slogans were formed having on the aim to discredit, undermine and ravage existing social system.

Therefore, all these elements of hailstorm are the meaningful symbols of heavy experiences caused through ideology produced by social tensions. The preliminary phase of the second presence of Jesus Christ – the period of Laodicea (meaning "Justice for the people"; gr. Laos – people; dike – justice), was characterized by the rise of the masses’ political awareness. They were made aware of their situation and rights as the working class disdained by magnates. The proletariat's efforts, having on the aim the liberation of themselves from the yoke of dependence and exploitation, they began to make tightly-knit, cohesive front of the class struggle. The proletariat of Russia, as it turned out, was the most susceptible soil on its ideals. From the initiative of Lenin, came into being the Marxist newspaper "Iskra" (Spark), being published abroad from 1900 and transferred to Russia illegally.

 

 

 

The "Iskra" informed the working masses, how they should to fight so that they also could to win. The articles of it referred to the examples of the past struggles of the proletariat – French Revolution in 1789 and the Spring of Nations in 1848. In such a way the columns of the "Iskra" were producing the symbolic lightnings from which the "earth" of social order began to tremble soon.
 

 

 

 

Organizing of the First Congress of democratic organizations was the farther stage of the activity of this movement. In this Congress came into being the Russian Social Democratic Labour Party. Programme of the new-born party included the realization of directives of newspaper "Iskra."

These preliminary preparations, preceding principal working, is showed also in the words of God warning stubborn Pharaoh against effects of the seventh plague. Because the warning did not bring the result, God told Moses to announce the plague of the hail.

The plague of the hail which struck the land of Egypt, has its parallel in Revelation, in the vision of hurling of hail and fire mingled with blood upon the earth (8:7). Both the seventh plague and vision relate to propagating in masses of programme settled during the Second Congress of the RSDLP in 1903. This Congress, because of the course of events and made decisions, can be considered as the clear beginning of the plague of the hail.

 

 

 

In the Second Congress, the thesis was placed in programme, that necessary condition of a success of this social revolution is the dictatorship of the proletariat, that is, conquest by the proletariat of such political power, which will enable it to suppress any resistance by the exploiters and all hostile powers inside the country and to let to defend the socialism benefits against the outside enemies assault.

Worked out by Lenin the model of the party with its clean programme of the acting, being uncompromising in its pushing for the victory, was brought into practice as the new-born "bolshevism." This was decided, that the Bolshevik party, that emerged during the Second Congress, will play the managerial part in the state. In such a way was created God tool to the destruction of the old order of the world.

This is the Lenin's words: "As a current of political thought and as a political party, Bolshevism has existed since 1903."

The four theses of the revolutionary communist movement have been also settled in the Second Congress, namely: (1) the revolution, (2) the dictatorship of the proletariat, (3) the socialism, (4) the communism. These theses are defining the direction of activity of revolutionary forces heading to transformation from the feudal society into the communist state. "The four angels, that had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year" of the battle of Armageddon in the vision of Revelation are the symbolic presentation of this programme. (Rev. 9:15)

From then on, at disposal of Bolshevism, arisen in the Second Congress, there was the arsenal of hard truths of the social character bringing annoyance (hail) and fiery experiences, leading to depriving the life of the feudal and capitalistic systems (fire mixed with blood). It was the aim of propaganda to win over everyone (great and small) for the revolutionary idea.

The violent hailstorm struck everything in the fields having a life, both man and beast; it beat down every growing thing and shattered every tree. This life pulsated earlier for the good of Egypt and Pharaoh himself. Destruction of such life by the hail corresponds to the destruction of the liking for the old system among both so prominent and talented individuals as the earl Leo Tolstoy, Vladimir Mayakovsky, Maxim Gorky, and the the working classes being very keen to the ideological struggle.

 

 

 

The Scripture states that some owners hurried their slaves and cattle from the fields into their houses to avoid this plague. They represent the rules of these countries that improved the conditions of working masses for avoidance of the hard criticism (hail).

Only in the land of Goshen, where the Israelites lived, was there no hail. This shows the attitude of God's people, who are standing aside and do not become involved in classes struggle, because they look forward of true justice of God's Kingdom.

 

BIBLICAL NUMEROLOGY

 

Every sound of the Hebrew and Greek alphabet has the numerical value: (א, α = 1, ב, β = 2, ג, γ = 3, ד, δ = 4, etc. (look the Hebrew and Greek alphabets with numerical values of the letters). Adding together the numerical value of the letters we can receive the numerical value of the entire word, expressions and sentences.

 

 

Some letters of the Latin alphabet have the numerical value. In the book "The Finished Mystery" Volume there is the comment to Rev. 13:18. There are presented the numerical values of letters on pope crown (tiara): "VICARIVS FILII DEI" (Vicar of the Son of God). Summing up of them gives in the result the number 666. Diaglott in Greek text of New Testament on the defining of the number 666 gives three Greek letters which the total value is 666 (Χ = 600, ξ = 60, ς = 6).

The farther observations of the biblical text let to notice, that biblical numerology not only helped to identify the papacy as the ten-horned beast from the Book of Revelation, but it is in fact the key to the understanding of God's mysteries in entire Scripture.

In this work, except numerical compositions in biblical languages, Hebrew and Greek, there are also such compositions, which are using as components the expressions in so-called Cyrillic. Is there somewhat basis for applying this alphabet? The revolutionary movement in Russia played and it will play to the end the very important part during the second presence of Christ. Destruction of the devilish order of this world through Bolshevik movement is described in numerous prophecies, pictorial events and visions of the Scripture. Expressions relating to the revolutionary movement in Russian language (Cyrillic), being compiled in compositions with biblical texts help to understand the secrets of God. The mathematical harmony of these compositions confirmed with innumerable examples proves of complete supervision of God over being shaping world events relating to his Plan of the Salvation. The expressions defining various events and the statements of leaders of this world, while connected with this Plan, they are woven in some miraculous mathematical chain testifying about infinite wisdom, all-knowledge and omnipotence of God.
